At Synapik, we stand behind the quality and performance of our smart home devices. We are confident that you will love your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help with a straightforward and transparent return and refund process.
1. Returns
1.1 Return Eligibility Period
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same original condition and packaging that you received it in, and must include all original components, manuals, accessories, and boxes.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

Opened software or downloadable software licenses.

Products marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items.

Personalized or custom-made products.
1.3 Initiating a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

Ship your return using a trackable and insured shipping service to the address we provide. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. Returns shipped without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.
2. Refunds
2.1 Inspection and Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria listed in section 1.1.
We will notify you via email on the status of your refund after this inspection.
2.2 Approved Refunds
If your return is approved:

Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
2.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including but not limited to:

Items returned that are not in their original condition, are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Items that are returned without their original packaging or accessories.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Defective or Incorrect Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival, or if we sent you the incorrect item.
To request an exchange, please contact us at Synapik@outlook.com with your order number and details of the product issue. We will require photos or a video clearly showing the defect or error. If the exchange is approved, we will ship the correct/ replacement item to you at no additional cost once we receive the returned product.
3.2 Exchanges for Other Reasons
If you need a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund (following the standard return process) and placing a new order on our website. This is often the fastest way to get the product you want.
4. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
4.1 Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Synapik cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
4.2 International Returns (Outside of Domestic Warehouse Country)
Please note that for international returns (e.g., a customer in the EU returning to a US warehouse, or vice-versa):

You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees.

We cannot label these packages as "goods returned" to avoid fees; this is illegal.

The declared value on the return package must be accurate.
5. Warranty
5.1 Manufacturer's Warranty
Most Synapik products come with a limited 12 to 24-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period is specified on the product page and in the product documentation.
The warranty covers repairs or replacements for defective products but does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
5.2 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please contact our support team at Synapik@outlook.com with your order number, a video or photos of the defect, and a description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the troubleshooting and warranty process.
6. European Union (EU) & United Kingdom (UK) Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Extended Withdrawal Period
For consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you (or a nominee you designate) acquire physical possession of the goods.
6.2 Exercising Your Right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by making a clear statement Synapik@outlook.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
6.3 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs you may have chosen for a more expensive delivery method). We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
