1. Processing Time

What is processing time? This is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment. This includes order confirmation, payment verification, picking, and packing your items with care.

Our Commitment: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order and payment are confirmed.

Please Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During major sales events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday) or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there are any unexpected delays.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the destination country, and the selected shipping method.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 for most regions.

Calculated Rates: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a calculated shipping rate will be applied. You can view the exact cost on your cart page before completing your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Your unique tracking number.

A link to track your package on the carrier's website.
You can also track your order by logging into your Synapik account. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.
5. Delivery & What to Do If There's an Issue

Delivery: Packages are typically delivered to your doorstep or mailbox. For larger items, the carrier may require a signature. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Failed Deliveries: If you are not available, the carrier will usually leave a notice with instructions on how to pick up your package or reschedule delivery. Please follow their instructions promptly.

Address Issues: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier depot, we will contact you. Reshipment will require a new shipping payment. Refunds for returned orders will be issued minus the original shipping costs.

Import Taxes & Duties (VERY IMPORTANT for International Orders):

United States & Canada: For most orders under a certain value, no duties and taxes are typically incurred. For higher-value orders, they may be applied. Synapik is not responsible for these charges.

United Kingdom & European Union: For UK customers: Since Brexit, orders shipped from the EU to the UK may be subject to UK import VAT and customs duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the carrier for the package to be released. For EU customers: Orders shipped within the EU have no additional import taxes.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Product Information

P.O. Boxes: We can generally ship to P.O. Boxes using standard postal services, but expedited shipping methods may not be available.

Batteries: Our products contain lithium-ion batteries. We ship all products in full compliance with international regulations for shipping battery-containing devices.
