Warranty Policy

Last Updated: September 10, 2025

1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing Synapik. We take pride in designing and manufacturing high-quality smart home devices that simplify and enhance your life. This Limited Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) outlines the terms and conditions under which your Synapik products (“Product” or “Products”) are warranted.

2. Warranty Coverage & Duration
Synapik warrants that its Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user (“Warranty Period”).

  • Proof of Purchase: To receive warranty service, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) clearly showing the date of purchase and the product description.

  • Warranty Registration (Optional): While not required to activate your warranty, we recommend registering your product on the Synapik website at [Website URL]. This allows us to provide you with faster service and important product updates.

3. Who This Warranty Protects
This warranty extends only to the original end-user purchaser of the Product and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

4. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers the repair or replacement, at Synapik's sole discretion, of any Product that fails to operate under normal use due to defects in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period. Replaced or repaired parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

5. What This Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions)
This warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from:

  • Accident, Abuse, Misuse, or Neglect: Including but not limited to physical damage (drops, impacts, cracks), liquid damage, exposure to extreme heat or cold, or use outside the specified environmental or electrical parameters.

  • Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Synapik or an authorized service provider.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Including batteries (if user-replaceable), cosmetic scratches, dents, or discoloration under normal use.

  • Software: Software provided with or operating the Product is not covered under this hardware warranty. This includes software bugs, compatibility issues, or viruses. Synapik may, at its discretion, provide software updates.

  • Use with Non-Synapik Products: Damage caused by connection to or use with incompatible third-party accessories, software, or products.

  • Acts of Nature: Damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, or other external causes beyond our control.

  • Functionality Due to Third-Party Services: The Product's dependency on third-party services (e.g., voice assistants like Alexa or Google Assistant, internet service providers, mobile networks) whose functionality or API changes are beyond Synapik's control.

  • Products Sold "As-Is" or "Refurbished": Unless specifically provided by a separate refurbished product warranty.

6. Obtaining Warranty Service
If your Product is defective during the Warranty Period, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Visit our Support Center at Synapik@outlook.com to initiate a warranty claim. You may be asked to describe the issue and perform basic troubleshooting steps with our support agent. This helps us resolve your issue efficiently.

  2. Return Authorization (RA): If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, our support team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for shipping the Product to an authorized service facility. Products shipped without an RA number may be refused.

  3. Packaging: You are responsible for packaging the Product securely in its original or equivalent packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your proof of purchase and the RA number inside the package.

  4. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the Product to us. Synapik will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product back to you.
